Parents as Teachers

New Franklin R-1 offers a program to parents with children from prenatal to Kindergarten entry. This program provides the parents with the opportunity to share their experiences with other parents, receive information on child development, and understand what to expect during these stages of child development. Services are offered during home visits to the families participating and through group meetings and screenings held at the school.
