Application-Substitute

Applying for a substitute teacher position with the District:

  • Stop by the Superintendent's office to pick up an application or print the application and complete.

  • Submit a current resume.

  • Upon completion, application will be reviewed. Based on district needs, necessary interviews will be scheduled. Selected candidates will be contacted via email or phone for interviews as vacancies occur.

  • Applicants interested must have at least 60 college credit hours.

Upon receipt of an offer of employment, the following actions will be performed:

  • Candidates must successfully complete an FBI/Highway Patrol Background Check

  • Official transcripts of your college coursework must be forwarded to the Superintendent's Office.

  • Stop by the Superintendent's office to complete necessary federal, state and local paperwork.

Subs are paid on the 23rd of the month for any substituting completed during the previous month.
